This build is for those who want to be the greatest spy in the wasteland. While preferring the non-lethal approach, you're deadly with a silenced pistol when you need to be. You can escape buildings pretty much as you found them, albeit with hacked security terminals, broken-into safes, and maybe a couple of dead bodies if things got sticky. That no-good, two-bit PI Valentine has got nothing on you, as you can sneak into pretty much any vault, factory, or highly-guarded building unnoticed, killing only when you have to as you grab whatever you've been assigned to collect.
